SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004] The object of the invention is to remedy this drawback by providing a cover which indicates whether a content stored in a container has been altered and thus allow an end customer to authenticate a product. The invention also aims to provide a cover that fulfills several functions: a first logistic function, for example in the context of an inventory management system, a second security function to, inter alia, prevent the attempt to burglary, detecting attempts to siphon the contents. These objectives are achieved by a cover comprising a control device, the control device being provided with communication means for transmitting and receiving radio frequency signals and configured to determine the integrity of a first antenna, and a sealed pouch containing a liquid or viscous substance. According to one feature, the cover may comprise a near field communication device comprising a second antenna. According to another feature, the pocket may be of a less hard material than steel. Alternatively, the cover 1 according to the invention may be integral or integral with a cap or lid for closing a container. A third layer c3 of the cover 1 comprises a second circuit 20 supporting a near field communication device (NFC) 6 suitable for communicating with a mobile device, for example a smartphone. Preferably, the near-field communication device 6 includes a third antenna 7. The near-field communication device 6 is thus configured to, inter alia, communicate with a mobile device for the purpose of enabling authentication of the product. at the point of sale by a consumer.
